The ‘Machete’ role player admits she is a powerful boss when it involves her eco-friendly brand the Honest Company and has even made individuals cry together with her hard stance, however is trying to be more mild with people.
She said: “Sometimes, i am a little more iron fist than velvet glove. i am straight to the point. I’ve made people cry.
“I ought to say, ‘This is not personal. this is often what needs to get done and it’s just as simple as that. And… we’re not crying any longer.’
“I’m learning to tone myself down.”
The ‘Sin City’ actress – who has daughters Honour, six, and Haven, three, with husband cash Warren – admits she does not recognize if her youngsters would like her to be at home more, but she does not assume she might ever switch off entirely from work.

She told the new issue of more magazine: “You don’t really savvy [your career] is affecting [your kids] till they are adults and that they say, ‘You ruined my life, Mom!’
“Maybe they need me to be a stay-at-home mother who bakes chocolate-chip muffins all day… Nah. i’d most likely want to start a chocolate-chip muffin company. Ya know?”
The 33-year-old actress is in a “content” place in her life and admits she feels far better than in her younger days.
She said: “Content is nice because I wasn’t invariably. always kind of unhappy and angsty. It’s nice shedding the Angst.
