Kanye had picked Kim up from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians office in LA, then drove them in his Range Rover to their friends’ house, Daily Mirror reports.
For the occasion, Kim went decidedly less glam than usual, opting for a baggy red and black checked lumberjack shirt over grey trackie bottoms.
Kanye, still sporting blond hair, wore an oversized grey hoodie and camouflage trousers, with a metallic chain around his neck.Their two kids, North and Saint West, were nowhere to be seen, presumably being looked after by one of their nannies.
Kim and Beyonce have famously cooled their relations ever since Jay and Beyonce snubbed Kimye’s wedding invitation in 2014.
Shortly before his hospitalisation, Kanye had told fans during an on-stage rant that Jay hadn’t give his family the support they needed, or even bothered to come and see them.
Insiders say whenever the two meet up there are lots of awkward pauses in the conversation, and there have been several showbiz events where Beyonce hasn’t even acknowledged Kim’s presence.
