USA Network has announced a premiere date for “Mr. Robot
Along with the premiere date announcement, USA releases a promo which shares first footage from the upcoming season. Set to the words of Leonard Cohen’s “Democracy”, it sees Darlene sobbing, a masked men pointing a gun in a train and someone wearing a black hoodie (possibly Elliot) standing in front of E Corp building.
There’s also a scene featuring Bobby Cannavale‘s Irving being flanked by two men, who seem to be members of militant Chinese hacker collectives, wearing masks and holding guns. His character is described as a used car salesman, though his tie to the masked men hints that there’s more than that about this new character.
