The ‘Formation’ singer had a slight wardrobe malfunction when making her first official post-baby appearance at Rih’s annual event on Thursday evening along with her rapper husband Jay-Z.

Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z have made their first official public appearance since welcoming their twins, son Sir and daughter Rumi, in June. The Hollywood power couple stepped out together to attend Rihanna‘s annual Diamond Ball at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City on Thursday evening, September 14.

Bey showed off her impressive post-baby body in a stunning silk number that featured embellished cuffs at the sleeve and a very daring thigh-high split. The mother of three looked definitely stunning in the cleavage-baring green dress, but she suffered a slight wardrobe malfunction as she struggled to manage her frock’s daring split and ended up flashing her underwear

The fashion mishap happened when Bey followed her husband Jay as they’re walking hand-in-hand to their waiting ride. The hip-hop mogul suited up for a dapper look that night, wearing a classic black tuxedo over a white shirt. He teamed his classy look with a large, floppy bow tie and a pair of shiny black shoes.
