Judge Asked him to leave Roc Nation and sign with her friend – Meek Mill’s lawyer

There has been quite an outrage online overMeek Mill’s sentencing yesterday for violation of his probation. The judge has ruled that the rapper will face a whopping 2-4 years in prison for the violations, stemming from a 2008 gun and drug case. Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley cited a failed drug test and a failure to comply with a court order restricting his travel as her basis for the harsh sentencing.

A lot of fellow artists, including Jay-Z have come out in the open in support of the Philly rapper. Meek’s attorney Joe Tacopina is confident that he will get Meek out of trouble soon and vows to appeal his client’s ruling to tackle Brinkley’s decision, claiming that she has a personal vendetta against the Philly rapper. Joe called into Angie Martinez’ show on Power 105 and spoke in detail about the case.
