The Lagos state Police Command has said that all routes are open for traffic, just as the Expo Hall of the Eko Suites is brimming with dignitaries waiting for the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari, Vanguard reports.
The state’s commissioner of police, Edgal Imohimi, gave the update on Thursday, March 29.
