A new report has it that late Swedish DJ/musician Avicii committed suicide. The deceased reportedly died after he lost a massive amount of blood from a self-inflicted injury.

His parents released a second letter last week alluding that the 28-year-old “could not go on any longer and wanted peace”. The letter, signed “The Family”, described Avicii as a “fragile artistic soul and a sensitive guy not made for the machinery he ended up in”. It says he “truly battled thoughts about the Meaning, Life, Happiness. Now, he could not go on any more. He wanted peace.”

TMZ sources have it that Avicii broke a bottle and used the glass to inflict the fatal wound which caused massive bleeding, leading to his death. Avicil was found dead in the city of Muscat, Oman, on April 20.
