Fans of pro basketball player Lamar Odom are excited as he’s announced he’ll be returning to play basketball professionally.

The 38-year-old longtime NBA power forward has been away from the scene ever since his drug problem and divorce from ex-wife Khloe Kardashian and fans blamed the “Kardashian Curse” for his downfall.

He hasn’t played professional basketball since being hospitalized in October 2015 after using cocaine and a Viagra-like medication at a Las Vegas-area brothel. He was placed on life support before regaining full consciousness.

Now, he’s gotten his life back together and will return to play professionally after reaching an agreement to play in China.
