Liam Payne and Cheryl Cole are going their separate ways.
The 24-year-old “Bedroom Floor” singer and the 35-year-old “Fight For This Love” performer announced their separation on Sunday (July 1).
“We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It’s been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together,” Cheryl wrote on Twitter.
“Cheryl and I are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways,” Liam wrote in an identical statement on his Twitter.
The two have a one-year-old son, Bear, together.
