2019 Election: Mountain Top University Undergoes 7-day Prayer For Nigeria

One of the fast growing private University in Nigeria, Mountain Top University (MTU) who came Second in the overall Nigerian universities NUC OER ranking in 2018 performs a 7-day prayer session for Nigeria which started on 11th Feb, Monday and to end on 15th of Feb, Friday.

The prayer program was for 30mins, 12:00 – 12:30.

The prayer program was also enforced upon staffs as lateness wasn’t condoled. Few staff and students who came late for the program were forced to make their own prayers outside the chapel under the hot sun.

The Vice Chancellor, Elijah Ayolabi believes this prayer was necessary for the betterment and progress of Nigeria and also for free and fare election in the upcoming election.
