The number one citizen of Nigeria, President Buhari has just signed the 2019 appropriation bill of N8.91 trillion into law.  The national 8th assembly passed the budget into law after increasing the budget size from initially from N8.83 trillion. President Buhari while signing the budget made a statement and he said he will work for, hand in hand with the incoming 9th National Assembly to return to the January-December budget cycle.

He also said he will work with the 9th Assembly to have a more workable document that will facilitate and help with the development of the nation as a whole as intended in the proposal submitted to the National Assembly before now.

Does this mean Mr. President is still presiding over the nation?
