Media Guru and CEO of EIB Network, Bola Ray born Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi has made shocking revelations of the challenges that befell his media firm, whichamounted to the rapid resignation of employees.

He revealed that he was not able to pay his workers for seven (7) solid months and this he said at the 2019 edition of iYes.

Bola Ray said the economic affliction woes of the media outfit has enlightened him about certain aspects of life.

In a viral video, Bola Ray said “7 months I have not paid salaries …at a point somebody will come and say my wife is not feeling so we travelling to go for treatment so I can’t work with you anymore, then they will leave”

According to him, Friends parted ways when he was faced difficulties and resorted to questioning people  about resigning when they get to his office

“it got to a point that anybody who walks into my office I say are you resigning?”

He later said those times that about 3 cars come to pick him up from the airport are over as the last time, one saloon car came to pick him up.

However, he advised people not to be influenced by material things, and added that difficulties in life are  lessons in disguise.
