Pamper you when you deserve it, scold you when you go wrong as well!
Manchester United Head Coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has criticised Midfielder, Paul Pogba for performing ‘poorly’ during their clash with Southampton which ended up in a draw match.
After a lead goal by Daniel James just ten minutes into the game, with an absolutely amazing finish, the Red Devils couldn’t hold on to the victory as the goal was equalised by Jannik Vestergaard in the second half of the game.
Even after Southampton’s Kevin Danso going off after a red card, the Red Devils still couldn’t make any good use out of the one-man-short opposition team.
According to Ole Gunnar, Pogba created a few chances in the game but the player didn’t put in as much work as expected.
“I think we as a team after about half-an-hour started giving sloppy balls away and Paul was one of them. He wasn’t any different to anyone else,
“We as a team didn’t play well but in the last 20 minutes or half-an-hour, he did create loads for us going forward. Everyone expects everything from him every game, he has to defend, he has to attack, he has to win headers, he has to dribble past people, he has to make passes.
‘That’s just Paul and he’ll thrive on that.” Ole Gunnar said.
