Taylor Swift new album ‘Lover’ becomes No. 1 sales 4 hours after its release

American Singer, Taylor Swift’s new album ‘Lover’ which was released just a few ago has made the most sales, leaving a jaw dropping reaction.

The album has sold 450,000, pre-order sales inclusive, within the shortest possible time. It has surpassed ‘Happiness Begins’ which was released by the Jonas Brothers, making 357,000 sales in a day.

In a week, the Jonas Brothers made a total sales of 414,000 sales. But looking at the pace of Taylor’s, it is possible that she might hit 500,000 – 700,000 sales in a week.

Arriving just this weekend on August 23rd, Lover becomes the seventh full-length studio album in Swift’s catalog and as it is poised to take the top spot, it will become the pop star’s sixth No. 1 album.
