Johanna Konta of Great Britain will face another Russian finest, Daria Kasatkina, in another match will be Kyle Edmund and Spanish International, Pablo Andujar.
Adrian Mannarino and Dan Evans will also clash, as Cameron Norrie takes on a qualifier.
Looking at the first two misfortunes of Williams, fans are hoping that the incident do not repeat itself.
Serena Williams had to back off from two major matches following a back-injury which caused her a lot.
