Controversial social media journalist, Kemi Olunloyo, has accused current Big Brother Nigeria housemate, Mercy, of “forcing a U.S accent”. In a tweet published on her @HNNAfrica twitter handle, she claimed the 2019 bbnaija contestant was always “trying to sound American under a village accent.”
Kemi even went to the point of saying her son, @Richkjtmusic, who is American, questioned why Mercy speaks like someone from a ghetto in the U.S.
However, fans of Mercy did not take her post lightly as they also came for her and left a few choice comments for Kemi and her son.
There’s surely no love lost between Ms. Olunloyo who is an open supporter of another #BBNAIJA contestant, Seyi Awolowo, and fans of Mercy.
Meanwhile, fans of Tacha and Seyi Awolowo clashed yesterday in Lagos during a support walk for their favorite contestants.
