Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo Exonerated As Court Dismiss Busola Dakolo’s Case


The rape case filed by Busola Dakolo against the pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo has been dismissed by the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Court 12 sitting at Bwari.

Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo had earlier filed a petition against the claims made Busola Dakolo as he claims that they were false and aimed at blackmailing his name.




He added by noting that Busola Dakolo who is the wife of singer and songwriter, Timi Dakolo went as far as seeking the attention of the media as well as the public despite that the police were carrying out their investigation, a move which is not accepted by the constitution


The Federal High Court after all the proceedings saw that Busola Dakolo was guilty of all allegations as they noted that it’s an abuse to the judicial system.

Busola Dakolo was therefore awarded a cost of N1,000,000 and stated that it would have been 10 times more than that but she was pardoned because there are other women in the society who might have a legitimate claims like this.
