Ghanaian singer and songwriter, Shatta Wale has taken to his twitter handle to brag about being a Nigerian citizen.
The award winning singer who has come under the spotlight for the comments he made when American singer, Cardi B visited the country for her live performance when he claimed the Grammy Award winner knows no one in Ghana including himself.
With the pressure from fans in the country mounting, Shatta Wale has now noted that he switched his alligence to Nigeria as he stated that he has his passport and work permit.
He wrote:
