Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly known as Majek Fashek has passed away due to his
illness and its a big loss for Nigeria and Africa as a continent , a Musical Icon is gone.
Today been having pressure calls,well it is true that the African No 1 Legendary ICON has
gone to be with the LORD his Maker,
Let celebrate him ,his achievements and his family,what ever decisions made by his
immediate family will be notify.
Recall last year that controversial blogger Linda Ikeji was the first person to reveal that the
Benin City Born singer,song writer and guitarist was seriously ill and is presently at a
medical facility in London.
Majek was best known for hit songs from his 1988 album titled Prisoners of Conscience,
which included the Multiple award-winning single “Send Down the Rain”.
Majek official wedding was never revealed but we learnt he was married till the year 2015
to Rita Fashek and they both had a child called Randy Majek.
