Veteran Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde have once again spoken out about her Coronavirus status as insist most of Nollywood actors have contacted the virus.
It would be recalled that Omotola announced her Coronavirus status some
days ago as she noted that hse has been ill for some days and is now receiving
treatment for the deadly virus.
In a statement she has now released via the official Instagram Page of
Actors Guild of Nigeria, the beautiful screen diva urged her colleagues in the
industry to go for the test as many are already affected.
According to Omotola, she contacted the virus on a movie set and was having
trouble going public to diaclose her Coronavirus status.
She stated that doctors who are currently treating her have told her that majority of
Nollywood actors and actresses are currently infected with the virus and
are just treating malaria.
Omotola urged Nollywood stars to get themselves tested so as to be sure of their
status as she noted that it’s not as scary as many think it is.
She however thanked all those who have been supporting her ever since she
disclosed her status as she added that the results of her second test will be out in the next few days.
