Argentine Legend, Diego Armando Maradona dies Aged 60 after a sudden cardiac arrest.
The football world and football fans have been sadly thrown into a mourning afternoon
as news of football legend Diego Armando Maradona passing away continues
to spread across the world.
According to News report, the former Barcelona player , world cup winner died this afternoon in Argentina.
Recall back in 2018 at the 2018 world Cup Maradona was rushed to the Hospital after
nearly collapsing following Argentina’s dramatic win over Nigeria. (Read it here)
More also on the 4th of November this year, Maradona underwent surgery
for a blood clot on his brain.
According to his personal doctor, “This chronic subdural hematoma was successfully
evacuated,” said the doctor, Leopoldo Luque, in a statement. “Diego tolerated the surgery very well. He is awake. Everything is fine.”
Maradona would forever be remembered for his hand of God Goal scored at the world cup
along with bring Napoli from division 2 of the league and winning the Italian league
with them.
