Multiple award winning afrobeat singer and songwriter, Burna Boy have have thrown a shade at some artiste in the entertainment industry who are dropping album as he labels it a ‘Floppy Disk’.
2020 have not been a year Nigerians bargained for as they’ve been forced to the
deadly Coronavirus crisis just like the rest of the world as well as the EndSars
movement that saw some innocent youths lose their lives.
However, the entertainment industry especially the music industry have ensured
that fans and lovers of good music are well served with hot jamz and as the year runs
out, albums are being released by top talented artiste.
The likes of Fireboy DML, Burna Boy, Wizkid, Patoranking and a host of others
have all dropped their album and Davido is next in line as he has revealed the
official release date for his new album ‘A Better Time’.
As fans await the album that have been tipped to be the album of the year,
Burna Boy have taken to his official Twitter account to send a message to those
who are dropping or about to drop their new album.
Burna Boy who have has a past with Davido and his fans labelled albums
being dropped as Floppy Disk but fail to signify whose album he’s referring to.
It would be recalled that Davido’s fans dragged Burna Boy some months ago
when he stylishly claim he’s receiving all the limelight because of his rich father.
All eyes will be on both stars as it won’t be a surprise if they begin dragging and shading themselves.
