An Appeal Court sitting in Abuja has ordered INEC to recognize Prof. Charles Soludo as the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA in the November 6, Anambra governorship polls.
The three-member Justices’ panel headed by President of the Appeal Court, Monica Dongban Mensem also declared Victor Oye National Chairman of APGA.
