Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke has urged Nigerian youths in the South-East region to shun all forms of violence and embrace peace.
Speaking at an event in Owerri on Saturday, October 24th, Jim Iyke stated that the explosives being thrown in the region were affecting the economy of the zone.
He stated that the government and the aggrieved people should seek dialogue as a way of settling every differences. He also urged the youths to amplify their voices and make it heard instead of using violence as a measure.
According to him he said that “Nobody condones bad thing. Discussion is the only way forward, we can amplify our voices in so many ways instead of killing ourselves.
The Nollywood actor has lent his voice to the endless violence in the South-East region as he advises all youths to speak up and not result to violence.
Recounting earlier that the actor was seen in a video beaten up a social media personality, Uche Maduagwu, after he accused the actor of being a ritualist.
