Dubai-based businessman, Ismaila Mustapha aka Mompha arraigned in court this morning, January 12, 2022, for offenses bothering on Money Laundering and use of property derived from unlawful activity.
He was arraigned before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court, sitting in Ikeja, Lagos. Mompha was re-arrested on Monday, January 10 moments after he arrived in Nigeria.
