Chris Pratt Apologizes After Criticizing UFC Fighter Israel Adesanya: ‘My Bad’

Chris Pratt apologized after criticizing UFC fighter Israel Adesanya. Pratt, 42, a longtime supporter of the UFC, tweeted his apology after Adesanya, 32, responded to Pratt’s derogatory comments about the contestant on July 2 by subtweeting the comedian on Wednesday.

Posting a video of entertainer James McAvoy beating Pratt with a console in the 2008 film “Needed,” Adesanya expressed, “Hello. I’m the man. You’re simply some fan.”

It could have done without long for Pratt to answer. “You’re correct. Please accept my apologies brutha,” Pratt tweeted only hours after the fact.’

Pratt’s analysis of Adesanya focused on the contender’s session with rival Jared Connonier at UFC 276 on Saturday.

In the number one spot up to the match, Pratt clarified that he was inclining toward Connonier, who at last lost to Adesanya. It was after that misfortune that Pratt pursued Adesanya during ESPN’s post-battle broadcast.
