Princess, a comedienne, is filled with thanks and excitement after her colleague Baba Ijesha receives a 16-year sentence.
An Ikeja Special Offences Court had earlier found the troubled Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James, alias Baba Ijesha, guilty of sexually abusing a kid aged 14 after more than a year of his detention and trial.
In a two-hour ruling on Thursday, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo found Baba Ijesha guilty of sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and indecent treatment of a child.
Taiwo, however, discharged and acquitted him of counts one and count six, which were: sexual assault by penetration and attempted sexual assault by penetration.
He was thereby sentenced to 16 years imprisonment.
Hours after the news broke out, Princess took to Instagram to share a video of her worshipping God.
She captioned the grateful video with,
“GOD IS NOT MAN”.
