Following the separation of actress Funke Akindele and her husband, film producer JJC Skillz, a number of rumors have emerged regarding the former marriage.
One of them came from his former publicist, who claimed that the ex-couple took advantage of one another.
The former publicist claimed that the couple’s failing marriage was the result of a transaction while speaking out about it.
He claimed that JJC Skillz wanted a platform for success whereas Funke Akindele merely wanted children, like Tiwa Savage and Tee Billz’s unsuccessful marriage.
He claimed that the couple had never truly fallen in love because they were more like business partners.

Also,a lot of netizens have opined that without his marriage to Funke Akindele, JJC Skillz wouldn’t be where he is today because his music career was already dead.
Addressing them all, JJC Skillz took to his Instagram story to share a video of Funmi Obadeyi hyping him.
Funmi described JJC as one of the Afrobeats pioneer.
