Teni attended Apata Memorial High School, a Lagos institution run by her late father. After finishing secondary school, she relocated to the USA to pursue a degree in Business Administration at American Intercontinental University. She is Niniola’s younger sister, a well-known singer.
She draws inspiration from everything around her; thus, her music is diverse. She enjoys Wasiu Ayinde’s music, and her songs reflect this. Teni considers music to be spiritual because she believes it may alter people’s perceptions through it.
When she was younger, she played the drums in the school band. Because she and her brothers weren’t permitted to leave the house as children, they would stay in the hallway and sing.
Teni ola liked basketball so much that if she weren’t a singer, she most certainly would have become one. She also has a passion for technology, business, and charity. Teni credits her parents, especially her mother, for instilling in her the confidence she now possesses.
