Big Brother Naija Season 7 level Two housemate, Groovy has broken his silence on the disqualification of his love interest, Beauty.
We reported an hour ago that one of the Big Brother Season 7 housemates, Beauty, had been disqualified from the competition.
This followed a double strike to her on Sunday, an hour before Sunday’s live eviction show.
Beauty was punished for an altercation during Saturday’s party with Groovy.
As punishment for her action, the ex beauty queen was disqualified from the show.
This was a shock to many as they didn’t see her disqualification happening soon.
Speaking out on the incident, her love interest, Groovy, expressed how disappointed and sad he was over the news.
Feeling guilty, he stated that he was shocked over Biggie’s verdict as he was expecting a lesser punishment.
He said to Ebuka Uchendu, the show host,
“I am shocked to be honest. When Biggie summoned us to come to the launch, obviously we knew judging by the way last week went we knew the video will be played with some sort of correction or punishment. We were joking about something else and I was expecting something else. When I saw the video I was shocked and was sad to be honest. I had to replay the incident in my head. Watching it here made me feel disappointed and sad. At some point we had some issues but I wasn’t expecting her to leave . It isn’t something I am happy about honestly. I know we had some issues and everyone had their opinion about it but it isn’t something I am happy about”.
