The stunning mother of one released a video of herself dancing and crying as she spoke about how sadness can sometimes lead people to learn more about themselves.
Sharing the video on her verified Instagram page, Biodun Okeowo claimed that heartbreak from loved ones sometimes helps people to realise their worth and much more.
She wrote: Sometimes it takes a heartbreak from people we love to shake us awake & help us see we are worth so much more than we are rooting for….
