FG approves over N4 billion naira to police vehicles fuel in budget

The Nigeria Police force took to the street of ilorin to protest over non-payment of Stipends at Kwara state this afternoon.

It was confirmed that vehicular movements were suspended by the force as at 2:00pm on Saturday 20th of August 2022.

One of the forces who spoke with the correspondent, cried out over the none payment of stipends by the Kwara state Government.





“Can you work for free, many of us are dead already. Who can do Humanitarian service for free in this country?” She exclaimed.


“Some are sick they don’t even have money to take care of themselves, we all have families at home, we are all Graduates”.

“For a year and six months now, the Kwara state government has refused to acknowledge that We’re entitled to stipends”


The Force were however reported to have branched at the Kwara state Governor’s Office as well to portray their displeasure.
