Nigerian music sensation Davido allegedly always pays DJs at US clubs to play his songs, according to Mr Music Mensah, a Ghanaian singer and promoter based in America.
He made the claim during an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra Fm as he recounted an incident he witnessed, DklassGH reports.
According to Mr Mensah, he was at a nightclub that OBO visited and he saw the afrobeat maestro buying out the club patronage.
The “Blessing” singer, further said that Davido paid for everybody’s food and drink, and paid the Dj to play only his songs.
It may also be recalled that controversial Nigerian journalist, Kemi Olunloyo had called out the DMW boss in 2019 as she claimed that he paid a whopping sum of money to radio houses in the United States.
