Nigeria’s Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo joined world leaders which included United States President Joe Biden; President of France, Emmanuel Macron; Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, among several others in London for the final funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
The Queen was laid to rest this morning at the end of an official 10-day period of mourning.

Two thousand people including foreign royals, world leaders, presidents and prime ministers gathered at the gothic church for a day of pageantry, military processions and solemnity in honour of the late Queen.
Osinbajo, who is representing President Muhammadu Buhari said the late Queen Elizabeth II was a monarch for all seasons who brought people together from all over the world.
Other world leaders at the state funeral includes Kenya’s William Ruto, Brazil’s Jair Bolsonaro, Sergio Mattarella of Italy, Frank-Walter Steinmeier of Germany, and Anthony Albanese of Australia, among others.
In addition to members of the British royal family, members of the royal families of several European countries — including Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain and Sweden were also on ground to pay their last respect to the late monarch.
