Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a presidential candidate, has slammed actress and politician Funke Akindele.
The presidential candidate for 2023 has criticized his fans for comparing Funke Akindele to him.
At one of his Lagos rallies, his followers praised Funke Akindele and likened her to him.
Irritated by the comparison, Bola Tinubu warns them never to mention the actress’s name in his presence.
For him, it is an insult to do such.
Funke had previously confirmed the reports about her political career, which is associated with the Lagos State People’s Democratic Party PDP.
The mother of two shared a video on her verified social media page to confirm that she had been chosen as a running mate to
Funke who is known to shun any reports about her life formally declared her decision to accept Jandor’s call as the state’s deputy governor.
She also disclosed that she was ready to pay the price of embracing politics.
This will temporarily hold her career in the Nollywood industry.
