“I’m the incoming queen of Ile Ife” – Nkechi Blessing continues to shoot her shot her at Ooni of Ife

Nkechi Blessing, a Nollywood actress, has maintained her bid to become Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife’s seventh bride.

On Tuesday, October 8, the controversial actress published a photograph of herself draped in all white like a new bride on her verified Instagram profile.

Her caption pointed out that she is still aiming at becoming one of Ooni of Ife’s wives.

“OLORI Nkechi Blessing Sunday 😍 Her Royal highnesses the queen of ile ife kingdom❤️📌 #incomingbride,” she wrote.

Recall that the monarch has been in the news in recent times for marrying several women.

A few weeks ago, the Ooni took Temitope Adesegun, the Ijebu princess, as his sixth wife.

The development has continued to elicit reactions on social media platforms.

Joining the conversation, sometime ago Nkechi Blessing shared a photo of herself with the monarch at an event.

In a terse post accompanying the photo, the actress said “I am patiently waiting for my turn”.

“Ooni of Ife sir, I am patiently waiting for my turn..thank you in advance sir,” she wrote.

Blessing is known for her controversial personality. She made the headlines following her messy split from Opeyemi Falegan, the politician.
