Oladapo Oyebanjo, popularly known as D’banj, a popular Nigerian singer, has stirred the internet after going spiritual on stage following his release from prison.
The singer was recently embroiled in a scandal following his alleged involvement in the N power scam. The singer was detained for 72 hours before being released by the ICPC.
D’banj made his first public appearance on Saturday night were he performed on stage.
In a video posted online by Soso Soberekon, the father of two could be seen going spiritual as he appreciated God for vindicating him.
While on his knees, he appreciated God for his freedom and for clearing his name from fraud. D’banj sang his classic, ‘Mobolowo’ at the show and also said a word of prayers for his audience.
