Funke Akindele, a Nollywood actress and film producer, was left speechless as people with disabilities proudly supported her film, Battle on Buka Streets.
An emotional Funke wrote a thank you note to Bethesda School, a home for the blind, for going above and beyond to help her.
The school had taken three disabled students to the Film House Cinema to watch Battle on Buka Street.
Expressing her gratitude, Funke revealed that the video brought her to tears and left her speechless.
Reposting the video, Funke Akindele wrote,
“Dear Lord, who am I that you are mindful of?
Wow!!!! I’m speechless. This is huge!! Thank you @bethesda_scho for going out to support me you don’t know how much this means to me. I’m literally in tears!! Thank you so much for the love. God bless you all. I love you so much. I pray God gives me the grace to always be there for you too. Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!”.
