Timi Dakolo, a Nigerian singer, has warned people to be wary of those who place their hands on their heads in the name of prayer.
On Friday evening, he announced this via his official Twitter handle.
Dakolo also advised everyone not to let this happen to their children if they had been negligent in the past.
The singer did not, however, elaborate on what influenced his advice.
He wrote, “It is extremely important that you don’t let any and everybody lay their hand on your head in the name of prayers.
“If you have been careless in the past, make sure it doesn’t happen to your children.”

Timi Dakolo had earlier clearly stated that indeed people can be really famous and still be broke.
The award-winning artiste made this known in a tweet that read, ” You can be really famous, I mean really really famous and still be broke.”
Dakolo, who is known for sharing insightful and motivational posts on his social media pages had recently advised beginners to give themselves time to grow.
The singer tweeted this on his page when he noted that one’s beginnings should not be compared to another person’s experience.
“Just so you know. Nobody started really really good. We learnt on the job. Your beginnings shouldn’t be compared to someone’s 10 years of experience. That’s so unfair to what you are building. Give yourself time to grow,” the tweet read
