Simi, an award-winning singer and songwriter, has taken to social media to congratulate her husband and colleague, Adekunle Gold.
The lovely songstress and mother of one took to Instagram to share a lovely video of her family’s special day. The video shows the celebrity couple kissing and their daughter, Adejare, devouring a bowl of plantain chips. “I love you daddy, I love you so much,” she chanted after her mother.
Simi stated in her caption that she is extremely proud of her husband. She stated that no matter how much time has passed, he is still classic and incredible. When asked about the future, Simi stated that she understands that old age is difficult, but she will use cream to conceal her husband’s wrinkles.
She prayed for him, hoping that he would never lose his wonder and that life would be kind to him.
She wrote: “Sweet baby. I’m so deeply proud of you. Time passes and you’re still a classic, incredible man. I pray your joy is endless. I pray you never lose yourself, but instead, you continue to find all the best parts of yourself. I pray that life stays kind to you. I pray all your desires become your wins. I pray that you never lose your wonder. I know old age is not easy, but don’t worry; I will put cream on the wrinkles. Happy birthday hubby…and even though I can’t stand the word ‘hubby’, I love you Moruf.”
