In the midst of the current crisis surrounding the redesign and distribution of the naira, President Muhammadu Buhari has stated that he will make a significant decision in one week.
According to a statement issued by Buhari’s media adviser Garba Shehu on Friday, the request is in response to a meeting he had with members of the Progressive Governors Forum at the State House.
Buhari hinted that he would address the cash crisis that Nigerians are facing as a result of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s policy of replacing high-value Naira notes with new ones within seven days.
