A Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to recount how he was almost left stranded due to the non-availability of cash after his car tyre went flat.
He said the lack of cash in the country meant that he couldn’t pay the vulcaniser to pump his tyre.
He added that the nearest POS didn’t have cash and the vulaniser refused to accept transfer.
He approached someone to beg for cash but the person declined.
When no one on the street would help, he had to call a friend to come to his rescue.
