Ramsey Tokunbo Nouah Jr. was (born December 19, 1970, 55 years old), in Lagos, to an Israeli-Jewish father and a Yoruba mother who hails from Owo, Ondo State.
Details of Ramsey Nouah’s mother and father are scarce. Even so, it is known that his mother’s name is Margaret Afolabi. Afolabi, a woman from Owo, Ondo State, raised the actor as a single parent.

Ramsey Nouah started acting in the early 1990s because he needed money for his General Certificate Education (GCE). His acting career started when he starred as Jeff Akin-Thomas in the Nigerian TV soap opera Fortunes.
