People Don’t Know I’m Still A Virgin — Favour Oma

Favour Oma, an actress and content producer, claims that being a virgin is just one of many things about her that others don’t know about.

In an exclusive interview with LEADERSHIP paper, she revealed that she kept her social media presence going by creating amusing skits for her followers.

Oma, who is in her 30s, stated that she is circumcised, orphaned, in a relationship, and still a virgin.

In her words, “LOL! Three things people don’t about me? People don’t know that I’m circumcised. Secondly, I am orphan. And thirdly, I am still a virgin, waiting for Mr Right. My dad died when I was two years old, and my mum died on December 20, 2013. So, I have hustled to make something of myself.”

The actress who produced Tapam and Ochiwa spoke about her work as a content creator, claiming that neither she nor content creation is easy or loud in relation to her business.

In her words, ‘You will always almost want to think your head off trying to compile a great, meaningful story. Thank God for His grace. I have personally long given up on the Nigeria movie industry because it’s all messed up, where everything has to be done with conditions.”

She remarked that she hoped things would improve for the next generation of artists because those who refused to give up are now working in the field of skit production, which she said was her best career choice ever.

Oma, who has been sexually harassed in the industry, claims that only the desperate succumb to it. “They don’t push it. That is all that is being done with conditions. It is manageable for me. Everyone simply needs to work hard so that they are not dependent on any producer or director for work. Rather, they employ them as well. There will be some respect (in the industry) for presenting sex for jobs as a result of this.” Favour Oma
