Davido has faced outrage and conflicting emotions after recently uploading a bill from his cousin’s (Tunji Adeleke’s) birthday celebration.

As many will recall, Davido’s cousin celebrated his birthday on April 27, 2023, and to commemorate the occasion, Davido went on a shopping spree.

The husband-to-one uploaded the bill on his Instagram feed for his followers to see. ’35k on my birthday!’ he wrote. ‘I adore you, @Tungee’

Davido’s recent activities have sparked outrage among his followers and netizens, with many expressing their displeasure. Many people believe that his display of wealth was unnecessary and that he could have celebrated his cousin’s birthday in a more private manner without broadcasting it to the world.

Furthermore, some have pointed out that there are people living in poverty who require more help.
