During her battle with cancer, singer Stephanie Benson recounts the agonizing process of having her breast removed.
Stephanie revealed to GhanaCelebrities.com during an interview with TV3 that her surgery took 40 hours.
The bubbly Singer claimed she would have died if it hadn’t been for the vigorous physical exercise she had always done prior to her surgery.
She revealed that the two-day surgery had three sessions. The first session lasted 13 hours, with a 2-hour break in between, and the second session lasted 9 hours. Unfortunately, it was not successful, and she had to go for another 13 hours.
My heart kept failing at one point, she admitted, but she rejoices in the fact that she survived the surgery and is still alive.
