Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi, Elegushi of Ikate Kingdom, has sent a nice birthday greeting to commemorate his mother’s 71st birthday today, May 21st, 2023.
The king posted a photo of himself and his mother online with a sweet and gratifying text expressing his mother’s happiness.
Elegushi thanks and honors his mother for being his buddy and confidante and for always remaining strong. He begged for Allah’s blessings to keep and grant the queen mother many years.
He wrote, on Instagram, “I celebrate you today, and I thank God for keeping you safe and in sound health these past 71 years.
Thank you for being my mother, friend and confidant.
Thank you staying strong at all times.
May Almighty Allah continue to keep you for us and grant you many more years in good health.

In 2022, the Elegushi monarch marked his mother’s 70th birthday with a warm letter celebrating the undeniable grace in her life.
He acknowledged his mother’s success story as a wife, mother and community leader, stating he has seen her commitment to motherhood all his life.
