Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain have condemned the actions of some supporters who gathered outside the home of forward Neymar and chanted for him to depart the club.
Recall that not too long ago, PSG also suspended Lionel Messi for two weeks after an unauthorised trip to Saudi Arabia after a home defeat to Lorient on Sunday.
Reacting to the development, PSG, in a statement, branded the action of the fans as shameful behaviour.
“Paris Saint-Germain most strongly condemns the intolerable and insulting actions of a small group of individuals that took place on Wednesday,” a club statement read.
“Whatever the differences of opinion, nothing justifies such actions.
“The club gives its full support to its players, its staff and all those targeted by such shameful behaviour.”
