Terrina Chrishell Stause (born 21 July 1981) was born in Draffenville, Kentucky. Her middle name “Chrishell” is a portmanteau term derived from her odd birth circumstances:
Her mother went into labor at a Shell station, and a Shell worker named Chris assisted with the delivery. Stause, on the other hand, disputes the rumors about her birth in her book. She added that her mother was having car issues and that she had stopped at a petrol station.
She went into pre-labor while waiting at the car station, and the vehicle attendant assisted her in getting to the hospital.

Chrishell Stause was born at a medical facility. Her mother divorced Chrishell’s biological father, who was half Japanese and half Spanish before she knew she was pregnant. Her stepfather’s name is Jeff.

From 9 December 2006 through 2007, Chrishell Stause the selling Sunset star was engaged to Matthew Morrison. In July 2021, she declared on Instagram that she had established a romantic relationship with her Selling Sunset co-star and boss, Jason Oppenheim, which terminated in December of the same year.
Stause’s parents both died of lung cancer between 2019 and 2020.
