Godwin Emefiele, the suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), will know his fate on July 13 while under the care of the Directorate of State Services (DSS).
Recall that President Bola Tinubu deposed Emefiele as the top banker and was thereafter detained by the DSS.
He had been isolated by the secret service ever since his incarceration.
A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory gave him access to his family and attorneys last week after he sought the order through his attorney, Chief Joseph Daudu, SAN.
However, after listening to Counsels in the matter on Tuesday, the Court fixed July 13 for ruling.
